REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Juneberry Apothecary produces small-batch personal care products. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are subject to the return guidelines outlined below.

 
Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and unopened

  • The product is in its original packaging and original condition

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The product shows no signs of tampering, use, or reduction in volume

Products that have been opened, tested, partially used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.

 
Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with visible reduction in volume

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products purchased on sale or discount

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, seasonal, or limited-release products

Preference-based returns are not accepted. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and ingredient lists prior to purchase.

 
Individual Sensitivity & Natural Variation

Individual skin sensitivities vary. We recommend reviewing ingredient information before purchasing.

Returns will not be accepted due to personal reactions once a product has been opened.

Because our products are made in small batches using botanical ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

In warm temperatures, natural formulations may soften or liquefy during transit. This does not affect product quality or performance and does not qualify as damage.

 
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs of the shipping packaging

Claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible for replacement.

 
Shipping Issues

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must first contact the carrier to initiate a trace.

Juneberry Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

 
Multiple-Unit Purchases

If multiple units of the same product are purchased, opened units are not eligible for return. Any remaining unopened units may be reviewed prior to approval.

 
Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

 
Refund Processing

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once a return has been approved.

 
Chargebacks & Policy Abuse

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute.

Juneberry Apothecary reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide documentation of fulfillment and delivery confirmation.

We also reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or service in cases of suspected policy abuse, excessive claims, or violation of these terms.
