Shipping Policy

Juneberry Apothecary prepares products in small batches and ships orders with care to ensure quality and accuracy.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During restocks, product launches, or peak seasonal periods, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified via email.
Orders are not processed until payment has been successfully received.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.
Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery windows are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Juneberry Apothecary is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, high shipping volume, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery shifts to the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Customers must first contact the carrier to initiate a trace.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will review the situation.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the shipping packaging
Claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible for replacement.
Warm Weather & Natural Product Variations
Some natural formulations may soften or liquefy during warm-weather transit. This does not impact product safety or performance and does not qualify as damage.
Slight variations in color, scent, or texture may occur due to the use of botanical ingredients. These natural variations are not defects.
Refused Shipments
If a package is refused and returned to sender, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
